Big Sky MHS Ski Trip

Another amazing ski trip to Big Sky Montana as the advisor to the ski club at Madison High. This is the first year we have taken a trip to ski for 2 days, leaving on Friday morning and coming back Saturday evening. The kid's were excused from school and we loaded the bus at 6 a.m. Friday was blue skies all day and Saturday we had beautiful new snow falling to coat the slopes with a new blanket for cushioned skiing. We all rented skies which really improved our skiing and made us realize it's time to hang up the old pair. Eric's confidence was elevated and commented that this was the best ski day he has had. What a fun workout.
We finally caught up with Devin to watch him snowboard. He' taking it a little easy, however, because he is still recovering from a broken collar bone. Dr. Z probably would not be happy with this move but he just couldn't stay home.
We were thrilled that Devin was able to have Slade come. He celebrated his birthday on the hill with us on Saturday. We traveled with 30 student's and 8 chaperones. Staying in the Big Horn Condos made for easy access to the hill. We would do it again. This was Heaven on earth.

Look at the snow! And the sky! Yummy. I want to ski. By the way......tell us more about that wellness program. I wish I could sign up for something like that. Teach me.
